Born out of a love for gin

Welcome to Hogarth’s Newcastle-Under-Lyme. We are a grand Victorian Gin Palace and you can find us right in the centre of town, High Street, Newcastle Under Lyme.

Whether you join us during the day or at night you are sure to have a fantastic experience.

We have a wide range of Gins currently stocking over 120 different brands. All are perfectly served and garnished to enhance the flavors and botanicals of your choosing. Whilst we have large selection of gin available, it’s true to say our focus is on quality alongside uniqueness too.

We opened our doors in spring 2017 and what a gin- tastic time we have had since then. We are ideally located in popular part of NUL nightlife part of town, in amongst the hustle and bustle.

We describe ourselves as a Victorian Gin Palace, and what a palace we are. Our opulent chandliers adorn every corner of our pub, our wooden paneling and fine tiling cover every inch – all to bring you the best drinking experience in NUL.

We boast a large bar which runs the length of our ground floor and cannot be missed. Always fully stocked with the finest gins. Should you not be a gin lover we always pride ourselves in offering a wider range of drinks including spirits, wines, ales and cocktails.

We can also our unique ‘Juniper Lounge’ which is a private drinking area on our first floor. Perfect for any function or celebration. Our Juniper Lounge is a feature not to be missed.

Our bar is busy both throughout the day and night, where we cater for everyone. We always offer a high quality gin experience every day of the week.

We show all live major sport on our 16 wall mounted flat screens TV’s. Our TV’s make sure that nobody misses any of the sporting action. We also offer our sporting fan customers the experience to watch your favourite games on our big projector screen.

We are very proud to be offering gin masterclasses.

Our Perfect Serve menus

Here at Hogarths, we are big fans of gin. Such big fans, in fact, that we created our own Perfect Serve Cocktail Menus specifically to ensure the best blend of botanicals, mixers and garnish. We believe in the Perfect Serve ensuring our gin cocktails are lip smackingly good and allow the full flavour of each gin to shine through.

If you love to share your gin experience with a fellow gin lover then our gin sharing trays are perfect for you. A tray with an assortment of different gins, mixers and garnishes along with ice and proper glasses so you can sample and share notes on your preferred flavours.
